This document brings together the recommendations of actors in the integration and vocational training of the Euro-Mediterranean region.
Published in November 2018, this operational document is aimed at all actors in the field facing the challenges of the professional integration of young people in the Mediterranean, to initiate exchanges of expertise and propose and deepen solutions around 4 key themes:
- Developing and optimizing a professional insertion structures network
- Defining a relevant approach to personal development
- Building solid partnerships with businesses
- Diversifying and securing the structure sources of funding
For each topic, this guide provides tools and practical documents shared by the members of the MedNC network.
